Sticky Cauliflower Bowl

It is no doubt that she is one of many most-followed accounts for vegan-inspired dishes in Norway. Not only does she present enticing food pictures, but it does taste good too. Ingredients

  • Roasted cauliflower sauteed in a sauce made out of 2 tbs GreenLife Coconut Aminos, 1/2 tbs GreenLife Coconut Vinegar, 1/2 tbs GreenLife Coconut Nectar, corn starch slurry and some veggie broth.
  • Quinoa cooked with mushrooms and veggie broth
  • Roasted aubergine covered in smoked paprika
  • Roasted cabbage
  • Sauteed spinach
