Does CSL ship internationally?

At the moment, we mainly send shipments in Norway using trusted logistic partners such as Bring, HelthHjem, and DHL.

What countries do you ship to outside your home country?

What is the expected time of arrival of domestic orders?

It depends on where you are and if the product is on stock. We are currently working on displaying the quantity of our inventory. It means, on stock products will be process within 24 hours and would take 2-5 business days to arrive at the destination.

Bring (Norway): shipping is automatically calculated at check out. Expected arrival is within 2-5 days in most part of Norway.

HeltHjem (Norway):
Expected arrival within 1-3 days.

When can I pick-up my order after I placed an order?

The expected pick-up time is usually within 24 hrs after the order is placed.If you wish to get your order right after you order online, it will be ready for pick-up after 1-2 hr. Please, write a note on the order note box should you wish to pick it up right away.

Kindly, show your confirmation email or pick-up notification in SMS when you come to collect your order. We can accommodate order pick-up  Saturday from 12-15 PM.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible payment terms using Klarna (buy now, pay later). Our payment methods are quick, flexible, easy & secure.

Cosmetics are to be regarded as hygiene products, ref. The Appeals Act § 22 g), and such products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery. Goods that are not to be regarded as hygiene items, cslstore.no may demand compensation for the impairment if the consumer uses or examines the item (s) in a way that goes beyond normal and necessary examination.

What is your return policy?

The consumer basically has the right to withdraw for 14 days in accordance with Angrerettloven. This means that you have the right to withdraw ( return or exchange) up until 14 days. 

CSL offers 14 days open purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

In order to be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you can send it back to us in 2 ways; deliver it to us personally so you dont have to pay for the shipping fee or send via posten and pay the shipping fee associated with your return. 

How to I send back the return?

There are 2 ways to send your return:

1. FREE return:  the customer delivers back the item personally to us at Bogstadveien 37, 0366 Oslo Norway.

2. PAID return: The customer delivers the product to posten and will be responsible in paying for the shipping fee associated with the return.

Under extra ordinary circumtances such us wrong item delivered, CSL willl be responsible in paying the shipping fee. To start a return, you can contact us at post@cslstore.no. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I get the refund for returns

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can. In the same way as our return policy, you can exchange your order within 14 days from the day you purchased it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have and deliver it to us  personally. Once the exchange is accepted, you will be eligible for an exchange.

There are 2 ways to send your exchange:

FREE exchange :  the customer exchange back the item and deliver it personally to us at Bogstadveien 37, 0366 Oslo.

PAID exchange: The customer delivers the product to posten and will be responsible in paying for the shipping fee associated with the exchange

How does the exchange process works?

In order to process the exchange, we have to return the item you want to exchange first and issue you a refund for that item. We will then create a new order for the item you want.

Most of our discount codes have a minimum purchased of 350 kr, meaning the total amount added to your cart excluding the shipping. If the code is not working most likely it is below the minimum amount we required.

Our prices are inclusive of Norwegian VAT- MVA (merverdiavgift). Meaning the taxes are included in the price that you see our online store. To see the original price of the goods simply click "Show order summary" to see the breakdown of how much taxes you paid and the cost of teh actual goods.
