1. Parties

    The seller is cslstore.no, located at Bogstadveien 37,0366 Oslo, Norway, with customer service contact information: post@cslstore.no, + 47 98412753, with organization nr. 825 458 212, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller and will be in the following referred to as "we" or "us". Buyer is: the person who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "you", "yours" or "yours".

    2. Ordering and agreement process

      Your order is binding when the order is registered on our server (computer). We are also bound by your order if this does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing, or in any other way. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), see below. When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation. Carefully read the order confirmation when you receive it, and check if the order confirmation is in accordance with the order. Deviations between your order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. You still have the right to claim your original order if this is in accordance with what we have offered. Exceptions may occur, see section 3.

      3. Information provided in the online store / sold out items

        We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typing or printing errors, which may mean that we can not deliver in accordance with the information provided in our online store, our marketing, or in any other way.

        Offers are valid as long as the stock lasts or is within the specified offer period.

        Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In the event of a sold-out situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order or cancel the order. Furthermore, reservations are made about cancellations of orders intended for resale. We also reserve the right to change the delivery method for orders if necessary. This means that information related to your order will be shared with the selected logistic partner.

        4. Prices

          Our prices are all-inclusive Norwegian VAT- MVA (merverdiavgift) and taxes paid are shown in the order summary.

          The total cost of the purchase will appear before placing an order. The computation of taxes associated with the purchase as well as the shipping cost etc. will be shown in the order summary to give you a transparent view of the overall cost of your purchase.

          If you buy goods in Norway, it is normal that VAT is added on the sale of goods. It is a tax you as a consumer pay on almost all goods and services. Norway applies the standard VAT rate of 25%, while 15 % on Food (food and drink).

          5. Shipping provider

            Cslstore.no have 3 different delivery methods as of the moment

            Helt hjem
            Helt Hjem Express (2-5 days)

            The package is delivered directly to the mailbox or on the doorstep. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days but depends on your address. Packages going to Northern Norway may take a little longer. If the package is too large for your mailbox or HeltHjem does not have a delivery route to your address, the goods will be sent on to PostNord so that the goods can be picked up at a delivery point near you. In such cases, you have to calculate a few extra days in delivery time. The package can be traced. 

            Bring/Posten
            Pakke i postkassen (2-5 days)

            The package is delivered directly to the mailbox. If the package is too large for your mailbox, the package will be sent to the nearest post office. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days but depends on your address. Packages going to Northern Norway may take a little longer. The package can be tracked using the tracking nr provided in the order confirmation.

            Bring/Posten
            Hent selv (2-5 days)
            The package is delivered to nearest your local post office/collection point. You will receive a pick-up message via SMS when the package is ready for pick-up. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days but depends on your address. Packages going to Northern Norway may take a little longer. The package can be tracked using the tracking nr provided in the order confirmation.

            The ETA depends on where in the country the package is to be sent, where the package is sent from, what time of day, and which day of the week the package is sent.

            Please take note that there could be some delays caused by the logistics partner as well as circumstances that are beyond their control. We sincerely apologize if this happens and we suggest you call us to get an update on your shipment we will gladly help and provide the information you need

            6. Payment

            When ordering, you can choose to pay by card, Klarna, Paypal, or Vipps. Klarna Invoice / Partial payment with Klarna AccountIn collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoices and installments. When you choose Klarna as the payment method, the invoice is sent on the same day as the goods are sent from our warehouse. You can then choose to pay the full amount at once or divide the payment into smaller parts. The invoice is due within 14 days. You can only order to your registered address when you choose invoice or partial payment and you must be at least 18 years old when you order. Once you have received the invoice, you can choose to pay in installments for up to 24 months. In the case of partial payment, the interest rate set by Klarna is added. You are therefore recommended to check Klarna's terms and interest rates before entering into an agreement. In the case of a credit purchase, you as a customer will receive credit information.             7. Dispatch of order

            Delivery times for the various shipping options apply from the time the order is packed and shipped from our side. You will receive a shipment confirmation email. If you order before 12, the package will normally be sent within the next working day. Deviations may occur during periods of high demand.

            We do send goods abroad through DHL Express, contact us at post@clstore.no if you wish to place an order.

            If you have not received your package within 5 working days, contact us by email at post@cslstore.no. In the event of a significantly delayed delivery, you are entitled to be able to cancel the purchase if you wish to do so.

            8. Personal information

            Cslstore.no is responsible for the personal information you provide to us as a customer. This information is used to provide you with the best possible service and to be able to communicate good offers from us. We do not pass on information about you to anyone other than cslstore.no. Personal information can be used as long as you are an active customer of cslstore.no. They will be kept until you delete the information yourself or request that it be deleted.

            Cslstore.no processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. As a member of cslstore.no customer base, or as a customer of the cslstore.no online store, you agree that your personal information, as well as information about your purchases made at cslstore.no, is collected, stored, and processed to manage the customer relationship, optimize our offers and improve our customer service.

            In this connection, we collect and process your personal information, contact information, and information about which products you have purchased. Personal information can also be processed as a basis for market and customer analyses as well as for customized member offers that are compiled from your personal details and purchase history. The information is not transferred to any third party without your consent, except for Klarna (invoicing and collection), Shopify (our supplier of online store platform), our shipping companies (Bring, Helt Hjem and DHL), and Judgeme (supplier of product reviews).

            As a member, you have the right to receive free information from cslstore.no about which personal information is processed by cslstore.no, and to have this corrected and/or supplemented. You can at any time withdraw your consent to the above processing as it is voluntary to provide personal information unless the information is or can be stored beyond this as a result of the law.

            As a member of cslstore.no online store, you agree that we may use electronic means of communication to communicate with you about matters of importance to the customer relationship, send you news emails, and marketing for offers, services, and goods. Those who do not want to receive addressed advertising and offers, or can contact cslstore.no at any time and demand that this marketing stop. You can also unsubscribe at the bottom of our news emails.

            You are responsible for keeping your member information up to date at all times. You have access to change them under My Account. We disclaim responsibility for any problem that may arise as a result of errors in the information you have registered.

            9. Customer complains (Reklamasjon)


            If an item has faults or defects, you can either demand re-delivery, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. The complaint deadline is normally 2 years after you received the item. If the product is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years, the complaint period is extended to 5 years. In order to claim a defect, we must be notified within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error. You have always complained in time if it happens within 2 months from the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchases Act (Consumer Purchases Act). In the event of any disputes, cslstore.no follows the Consumer Disputes Committee's decisions.

            10. Right of withdrawal (Angrerett)

            The consumer basically has the right to withdraw for 14 days in accordance with Angrerettloven. This means that you have the right to withdraw ( return or exchange) up until 14 days

            CSL offers 14 days of open purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw, return and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. The right of withdrawal presupposes that the item is returned within 14 days after we have been notified of the use of the right of withdrawal and that the item is returned in the same condition as upon received.

            In order to be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

            Cosmetics are to be regarded as hygiene products, ref. The Appeals Act § 22 g), and such products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery. Goods that are not to be regarded as hygiene items, cslstore.no may demand compensation for the impairment if the consumer uses or examines the item (s) in a way that goes beyond normal and necessary examination.

            In the event of a dispute, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Council. Read more about how to proceed her,  or contact the Consumer Council her. 

            Refund for the right of withdrawal (angrerett ) and complaint (reklamasjon )

            Refunds will be made within 14 days after the item (s) is received in return. If you have not received the goods and wish to cancel the purchase due to a significantly delayed delivery, a refund will be made within 14 days after we have received a request to cancel the purchase.

            • Card
              If you are to receive money in connection with a return, you will receive the amount via the same payment medium that you paid with.
            • Vipps
              The money will be returned to the card associated with your VIPPS account.
            • Klarna payments
              If you have paid your invoice, but regret your purchase, you will receive a credit amount from Klarna. Klarna will refund the amount to the same account from which the payment came.             Returns of products

            Upon return of goods in connection with complaints and right of withdrawal, the goods are sent to:

            There are 2 ways to send your return:

            1. FREE return: the customer delivers back the item personally to us at Bogstadveien 37, 0366 Oslo Norway.
            2. PAID return: The customer delivers the product to posten and will be responsible in paying for the shipping fee associated with the return.

            Under extraordinary circumstances such as the wrong item delivered, CSL will be responsible for paying the shipping fee. To start a return, you can contact us at post@cslstore.no. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted,.

            Conflict resolution


            Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 9 and 10. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.

            The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
