At the moment, we mainly send shipments in Norway using trusted logistic partners such as Bring, HelthHjem, and DHL.
The ETA depends on where in the country the package is to be sent, where the package is sent from, what time of day and which day of the week the package is sent.
Please take note that there could be some delays cause by the logistics partner as well as circumtances that are beyond thier controll. We sincerely aplogize if this happens and we suggest you call us to get an update of your shipment we will gladly help and provide the information you need.

The fastest way to get your order and FREE from paying any shipping fee is through local pick-up at our warehouse at Bogstadveien.
We offer local pick-up:
You can collect your orders for FREE. Our pick-up point is in the heart of Bogstadveien shopping street. The expected pick-up time is usually within 24 hrs after the order is placed.
If you wish to get your order right after you order online, it will be ready for pick-up after 1 hr. Please, write a note on the order note box should you wish to pick it up right away.
Instructions are automatically sent to your email or phone once your order is ready for pick-up.
Kindly, show your confirmation email or pick-up notification in SMS when you come to collect your order.
We can accommodate order pick-up from Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 12-15 PM. For special arrangements beyond pick-up schedule don't hesitate to send us an email or chat with us, mutually will find a way to adapt.

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE shipping for orders over KR 500.
Customs, duties, and taxes
To our customers outside Norway. CSL is not accountable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages during shipping
CSL is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If the order received is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier's customer service team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.
Inspect your order
Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The consumer basically has the right to withdraw for 14 days in accordance to Angrerettloven. Here in CSL, you have the right to withdraw ( return or exchange) up until 14 days, simply because we want to give you the best customers service as possible.
When we shipped your orders, we make sure that the shipped items are in excellent condition, well packed, and bubble wrap. We don't accept return items associated with damages in the shipping process. Please contact the shipment carrier's customer service team directly to file a claim.
CSL offers 14 days open purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
In order to be eligible for a full return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you can send it back to us in 2 ways; deliver it to us personally so you dont have to pay for the shipping fee or send via posten and pay the shipping fee associated with your return.
2 ways to send your return:
1. FREE return: the customer delivers back the item personally to us at Bogstadveien 37, 0366 Oslo Norway.
2. PAID return: The customer delivers the product to posten and will be responsible in paying for the shipping fee associated with the return.
Under extra ordinary circumtances such us wrong item delivered, CSL willl be responsible in paying the shipping fee. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds in return items
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable and non-exchangeble items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. There are certain types of items that cannot be return or change.In order to be eligible for a full return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Cosmetics are to be regarded as hygiene products, ref. angrettsloven §22 g), and such products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery. Goods that are not to be regarded as hygiene items, CSL will be able to claim compensation for the impairment.

In order to process the exchange, we have to return the item you want to exchange first and issue you a refund for that item. We will then create a new order for the item you want.
We appreciate your patience with the process. Please be inform that in this highly digitalized world, we cannot simply exchange the item without updating our system . The exchange process have to be done this way so we could keep tract of the inventory accordingly.
